ALL IN SOLAR acts as the controller for personal data processed through this website, except where another party determines the purposes and means of a particular processing activity — for example an external service you choose to visit from a link on this site.

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the technical information any website needs to work:

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, and optionally your organisation, location, timing and the names of files you intend to share.
• Advise question form: your question and your email address.
• Context sent with a form: the page you sent it from, the referring page, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser information, processed by our hosting and font providers to deliver the website.

The website has no user accounts, newsletter, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

• Replying to and following up on your enquiry — pre-contractual measures at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.
• Operating, securing and maintaining the website, including preventing abuse of forms — our legitimate interest in a working and secure website.
• Complying with legal obligations, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims where necessary.

The website does not currently use analytics or other optional trackers, so no processing relies on cookie consent.

When you submit a form, its content is delivered by email to the ALL IN SOLAR team so we can reply. Submissions are not saved in a website database.

If you use the email or booking links instead, your message is handled by your own email provider or by the booking service you open.

Only the fields needed to understand and answer your enquiry are required. There is no consent checkbox because consent is not the legal basis for answering a message you choose to send.

Personal data may be accessible to:

• authorised ALL IN SOLAR personnel;
• technical providers supporting hosting, email delivery and infrastructure, acting on our behalf: the website platform Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and the email delivery service it provides;
• Google, which serves the website's typefaces (Google Fonts) and therefore receives your IP address when pages load;
• professional advisers where necessary, and public authorities where legally required.

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable data protection law.

Enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship, and longer only where a legal obligation or a potential legal claim requires it.

Technical logs held by our providers are kept according to their own retention practices for security and operation.

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, forms validate their input on the server, and submissions are limited to prevent abuse. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it to respond.

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability where applicable, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
